OSANAIYE Jide Solomon: Managing Director/CEO
Mr. Osanaiye Jide Solomon holds a B.Sc Management Studies from Usman Danfodio University, Sokoto and a Masters of Business Administration (Finance) from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri.
Osanaiye is a seasoned Stockbroker and Investment Analyst, his experience spans across the various sector of the capital market.
He started his career with Cashcraft Asset Management Limited as a Research Analyst. Mr. Osanaiye also worked with Nigerite Limited as Stock Executive and MACT Securities Ltd as Head of Stockbroking.
Prior to his joining Valvestock Capital Limited, Osanaiye worked with ESS Investment &Trust Limited as Head of Northern Operations.
Osanaiye is a Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbroker (ACS) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) (Chartered).
Mr Osanaiye has attended several training in Nigeria and oversees including Practical Portfolio management for Equity and Bonds, Beanfort Institute of Business training (PTY) Limited South Africa.
Mr Osanaiye is a candidate of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program. Mr.Osanaiye Jide Solomon is currently the Managing Director/CEO of Valvestock Capital Limited.
KOLAWOLE Francis Akinola: Director
Akinola is a Chartered Tax Practitioner, Chartered Accountant, Chartered Banker, Certified Pension Administrator and Management Consultant. He is a graduate of Banking and Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University and has over twenty (20) years working experience during which he has being involved in Taxation, Accounting, Auditing, Internal Control, Risk Management, Investigation, Revenue Consulting, Pension Administration, Information Technology both in Public and Private Sectors.
He had his professional training with Olusola Adekanola & Co. (Chartered Accountants & Tax practitioners) and Olufemi Aborowa & Co. (Chartered Accountants & Tax Practitioners).As a Chartered Tax Practitioner and Chartered Accountant, He has worked with various organizations in different capacities over the years.
Akinola was in the team of Consultants that pioneered the famous Accelerated Revenue Generation Program (ARGP) in Federal Capital Territory, Abuja while in Olusola Adekanola & Co. (Chartered Accountants & Tax practitioners) and also precipitated in Tax Audit of Companies in Lagos State on behalf of Board of Lagos State Internal Revenue Service.

OSANAIYE David Akinyemi: Director
He is the Director of the outfit. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria with over 16 years post qualification experience. He has Masters Degree in Financial Economics from University of Abuja, Abuja. He has practical exposures in both the private and public sectors of the economy. He worked with Deloitte Adetona Isichie & Co. Kaduna (An international accounting firm), Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and University of Abuja, Abuja. He has special flare for Auditing, Accounting, Taxation, Human Resources Development and Management Consultancy. He was once an astute player in the financial industry.
Florence Olorunnipa (Mrs), Director. . .
Mrs. Florence Olorunnipa graduated with BA Ed/Economics with the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1983. She further went to Tallahasee Community College, USA to obtain a Nursing Degree, RN. Before her graduation from the university, she had obtained an Advanced Level of Economics, Political Science and Geography in the Kwara State College of Technonogy, Ilorin.
She started her career with the then Post and Telecommunication, P&T (now NITEL Ltd) as an Accounts Officer in 1976. She presently works as a Nursing Officer in the United States of America, USA.
As part of her contribution to mankind, Mrs. Florence Olorunnipa owns and operates an NGO, the Widows Mite Foundation, in Nigeria. Funded directly from the USA, the foundation seeks to improve on the quality of life and economic conditions of the Nigerian people.
Mrs Florence Olorunnipa is married to Prof. Zacch Olorunnipa with four children. Both Mrs. Florence and her husband Prof. Zacch Olorunnipa are very active, committed Christians and members of the Ordained Pastorate of the Redeemed Christian Church of God in Tallahasee, Florida, USA.

Mr. Ohwerhoye holds Advanced Diploma in Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Post Graduate Diploma in Management and MBA from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri. Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Registrars (ICIR) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) (Chartered).Full Member of the Institute of Strategic Management (ISM).
Mr. Ohwerhoye has had eight years experience with manufacturing concerns and about fourteen years in Stockbroking business.
Between 1982 and 1990 he worked with manufacturing concerns like G. B. Olivant, Drug Nigeria Limited and Aswani Textile Mills Limited. In 1990, he joined RIMS Securities Limited, the stockbrokerage arm of Rims Merchant Bank Limited where he worked until 1995 prior to his employment by CSL Stockbrokers Limited. He worked with CSL Stockbrokers Limited for nine years before resigning to work with ESS Investment & Trust Limited as the Managing Director. He is also on the board of De-Optimal Chemicals Limited.
Mr. Ohwerhoye is currently the Executive Director of Valvestock Capital Limited.
